Chocolate Cherry Recovery Fudge |

- 1C Slow Oats
- 1 Scoop Protein powder of your choice
- 2T Ground flaxseed
- 1T Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3T Dark chocolate chips (optional)
- ¼C Dried tart cherries, diced
- ½C Nut butter of your choice
- ⅓C Honey
- 2T Organic coconut oil
- Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add nut butter, honey and melted coconut oil. Mix until blended then press into a 8x8 pan. Refrigerate 20 minutes to set. Cut into squares. Store in fridge up to 2 weeks.
