Cherry-Apricot-Collagen Granola |

- 4C Old Fashioned Oats
- 1-1/2C raw, unsalted nuts/seeds (I used ½C ea. almonds, sunflower seeds, pecans)
- 1t Sea Salt
- ½C Coconut Oil
- ½C Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1t Vanilla Extract
- 4T Collagen Hydrolysate
- ⅔C Chopped Dried Fruit (I used tart cherries and apricots)
- Combine oats, nuts and salt in a large bowl.
- In a pan melt coconut oil and honey/maple syrup to combine.
- Add in vanilla extract and dissolve collagen hydolysate in the mixture
- Add wet ingredients to the oat/nut mixture and mix until well coated.
- Turn out onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350 for approx 20 minutes
- Mix up the granola halfway through baking.
- Allow to cool
- Sprinkle dried fruit on top.
- Break up into pieces and enjoy!
