Fish Tacos

Ingredients
  • 20 oz Cod Fillet
  • ⅓C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼C Minced Fresh Cilantro
  • 1//4 Garlic Powder
  • ¼t Fine Sea Salt
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Toppings
  • Purple Cabbage
  • Mixed Greens
  • Red Onion Slices
  • Shredded Carrot
  • Soft Tortillas of your choice
Instructions
  1. Place the fish in a sealable container or bag. Combine all ingredients and massage into the fish and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Shake excess marinade from fish and place in a pre-heated non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Flake with a fork.
  3. Serve fish and toppings in warm tortillas.
