- 2C Coconut Water
- 1 Electrolyte Tablet, any flavor
- Fruit of a your choice, chopped small enough to fit inside popsicle molds
- Dissolve electrolyte tablet in the coconut water.
- Pour into popsicle molds.
- Add fruit.
- Freeze several hours or overnight.
