Grain-Free, High-Protein Cinnamon-Almond Granola |

- ¼C Nut Butter of your choice, I used Almond Butter
- ¼C Honey or Maple Syrup
- 2T Coconut Oil
- 2C Nuts (I used sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and unsweetened coconut)
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder
- 2T Chia Seeds
- 2T Ground Flaxseed
- 1t Cinnamon
- ¼t Salt
- Put all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl to combine.
- Heat nut butter, honey and coconut oil over medium heat and stir until combined.
- Pour the nut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and blend until well combined.
- Turn mixture out onto a greased baking sheet, or use a silicone baking mat.
- Bake at 325F for 8 minutes
- Remove granola from the oven and mix
- Return to the oven to bake an additional 8 minutes
- Remove from oven and allow granola to cool completely
