Life Lessons I Learned By Planking

December 20, 2012

Those of you who follow me on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram probably know that I’ve been on a quest for the elusive 10-minute plank. Last week that dream was realized. Don’t be fooled. I qualified for Boston at my second marathon and finished the 6 World Marathon Majors in London in 2019. Set no small goals. You never know what you're capable of until you try!
