#OneSmallChange Link Up

October 15, 2013

Week 2! Time is flying like it always does. What change did you make this week? How did it go? Were you able to keep rolling on last week’s change as well? No worries if you’re just joining us. The more the merrier.

Remember it’s perfectly fine to stick with the same change if you don’t feel ready to add another. Move at your own pace!
For the most part my week 1 goal of keeping the kitchen counters clutter-free has been a success. This becomes more challenging on weekends when my routine is different and there are more people around to mess them up, but overall they are MUCH better than before.

This week I went with something simple, yet I struggle with it constantly.
water
Water! Don’t be fooled by the Zipfizz bottle. It’s just water in there, although I do love me some Zipfizz! I aimed to get 4 of these babies down per day, in addition to any water I drink while working out. So far so good! Gosh I hope I will finally make this a habit that STICKS!

Share your progress on your blog or the MHS Facebook page today or anytime this week and link up below. Remember the more often you link, the better chances of winning a prize. Our first of 3 prize drawings will be at the end of this month!

I’ve been trying to get at least 2.5L of water a day now! That small change makes a HUGE difference

This week I need to work on getting caught up on paperwork (business stuff) – not my favorite so I use every possible excuse to put it off. Time to quit making excuses and just do it!!!

I am trying to do the same thing, especially being pregnant. I have to admit that it’s harder than I thought it would be, especially when I am teaching/talking all day. But, I am working on it!

I need to be better about water for sure. Since my good water cup broke, I’ve been bad about getting in enough. I guess I should just break down and purchase a new cup.

I’ve been doing all the dishes before I go to bed and putting them away in the morning. No dishwasher here…

[…] time for the One Small Change weekly link-up! Week 2 is done and I’m happy to say that I managed to keep my coffee table this clutter free […]

marciashealthyslice I'm a working mom who, as part of a mid-life challenge, decided to run a marathon for kicks. I didn't plan on it becoming a hobby, but it did. I qualified for Boston at my second marathon and finished the 6 World Marathon Majors in London in 2019. Set no small goals. You never know what you're capable of until you try!
