    I know it's bad but I tend to stick to water unless its a race. For some reason i tend to hate the taste of sports drinks!

    Awesome! My liquid of choice is water, I have on occasion taken Gatoraid at a water stop but only if I feel like I'm going to pass out because it usually hurts my tummy.

    Cool bottle! My liquid of choice is water since I eat Shot Blox and they don't mix well with sports drinks. But on really hot days, I will sometimes put Gatorade in my second bottle for an extra boost (but never taken in conjunction with Shot Blox).

    My favorite running drink is ice cold coconut water. Not coconut milk but the water. It has loads of natural electrolytes. My second choice is lemonade with some salt balance and then maybe some gatorade as my 3rd choice.

    I would have to say my liquid fuel of choice is water! Sometimes Gatorade mixed with water but usually I use it for a recovery drink after a run!

    Awesome! My liquid of choice is water, I have on occasion taken Gatoraid at a water stop but only if I feel like I'm going to pass out because it usually hurts my tummy.

    Cool bottle! My liquid of choice is water since I eat Shot Blox and they don't mix well with sports drinks. But on really hot days, I will sometimes put Gatorade in my second bottle for an extra boost (but never taken in conjunction with Shot Blox).

    My favorite running drink is ice cold coconut water. Not coconut milk but the water. It has loads of natural electrolytes. My second choice is lemonade with some salt balance and then maybe some gatorade as my 3rd choice.

    I usually just drink water, but I do have a huge tub of Cytomax that needs to be used up. Come summer I'll probably go back to the Cytomax.

marciashealthyslice I'm a working mom who, as part of a mid-life challenge, decided to run a marathon for kicks. I didn't plan on it becoming a hobby, but it did. I qualified for Boston at my second marathon and finished the 6 World Marathon Majors in London in 2019. Set no small goals. You never know what you're capable of until you try!
