How did week 3 go? What did you change? What will you change for week 4? Link up and tell us about it!
So far my small changes have gone like this:
Week 1: Keep kitchen counters clutter-free
Week 2: Drink at least 64oz. water daily
Week 3: Do a 2-minute plank daily plank sequence

Week 3 went well. Since I’m 22 days into the #Sweatfor5 challenge, tacking on the 2 minute plank sequence was not a big deal. The water is still flowing and the kitchen counters, for the most part, are worlds better.

    I’m enjoying your challenge with the changes – I’ve been playing along but I’m awful at linking up (actually, I’m lazy!!!).
    This week I was excited about my change (I even started it yesterday!).
    I was going to work on being nicer to everyone – especially when I’m driving (I know they don’t even know I’m being mean but I am when people can’t drive!!!). That lasted till 10 yesterday (AM) when I received a phone call and while I was nice on the phone I decided that some people really are just plain stupid. I’m still working on the nicer thing – I’ve found I do better when I’m home alone!!!

    I actually made a little change this week. I’ve been pretty laid-back about what I’m eating for my lunches lately (for the past 2 or 3 months) so my change is to eat more vegies at lunch time. I’ve managed to do this four out of five days (the fifth day I had an appointment at lunch time which messed me around a little). Now to make this an ingrained habit.

    Spiderman’s are awesome for your abs! Two minutes is a long time but I think it’s great with the switches.

marciashealthyslice I'm a working mom who, as part of a mid-life challenge, decided to run a marathon for kicks. I didn't plan on it becoming a hobby, but it did. I qualified for Boston at my second marathon and finished the 6 World Marathon Majors in London in 2019. Set no small goals. You never know what you're capable of until you try!
