#BeFitAllYear and a Giveaway

March 2, 2016

I’ll be the first to admit sometimes I fall into an exercise rut. Without someone or something to shake up my routine, I tend to default to the same old moves, which are a total snore to my body by now. That’s why when I had the chance to try out the BeFit Program through Sweatpink, I was all over it.

What is #BeFitAllYear?

It’s a comprehensive program made up of 5 components:

Befit Products
Pre-workout: Workout boosting drinks are not new to me but I freaking love this one. When I mix a scoop of the poweder with plain water and drink 15 minutes pre-workout, I feel like I can go faster and longer with less effort. It’s not one that gets you all amped up and jittery either. Total win!

BeFit Protein Powder

Protein Powder with recipes. I tried the chocolate powder in my post-workout smoothies. I added frozen tart cherries to mine to help with recovery and also some slow oats to keep me satisfied longer. BeFit Protein Powder is made up of a combination of whey and casein protein. Whey protein is quickly absorbed while the Casein is slow-release so the naturally occurring amino acids have more time to help your muscles recover better.
Burn: Not only does this supplement help your body generate heat to metabolize fat, it also contains prebiotics, probiotics and polyphenols to provide good bacteria to the gut. Take it 15 minutes before your largest meal of the day.

Exercise Videos: These are short (think 11-15 minutes) but very effective videos I added most days in addition to whatever workout I’m already doing. They range from titles like Metabolic Booster, Cardio Crush and Total Body Shred. What I enjoy most about these (besides their brevity) is that many of the moves are very creative and unlike any I’ve done before. They work my body in new ways and keep it guessing, which is always good.

Befit workout calendar
Exercise Calendar: The 30-day Fat Burn Calendar tells you exactly what to do every day so there’s no time wasted guessing or figuring it out. I love how much the workouts changed every day. It never got predictable or monotonous.

Overall: This was a fun to use program. It was easy to understand and follow. I wasn’t as diligent with the Burn supplement as I should have been. I simply forgot to take it on several occasions. Standouts for me were the Pre-workout drink and I really enjoyed the variety of the exercise videos. Everything is here, to set you up for success.

Have you tried any program like this before? What is your biggest challenge with fitness/healthy eating?

Sounds interesting! I don’t think I want to try anything new right now, in the middle of marathon training but maybe after this, I could experiment. Any tummy issues with this stuff? You know me…

I find it challenging taking care of a family with different needs…while taking care of my own!

I find it challenging to get enough sleep to sustain my activities…I have to get up quite early to be able to get a full run in before work and I know I do not go to bed every night to make up for the early rise. Someday, I’ll figure it all out 🙂

When I get stressed and pressed for time, my healthy lifestyle goes down the toilet. Yeah. The products and program are very interesting!

Um, trying not to reward myself with food, of course! Chocolate cherry smoothies are one of my favorites when the weather is warmer. I gravitate to something warmer during the colder months.

I actually do change up my exercise routine on a fairly regular basis. I get bored easily!

BeFit sounds great! My biggest challenge with living healthy is making the time to prepare healthy meals in advance! I’m also trying to work on doing a better job fueling before and after my workouts, so this sounds like a really cool product!

My biggest challenge when it comes to my fitness routine is my migraine disease. It truly sucks the life out of me and there is no working out when I am having an attack. Not only does it disrupt my workouts, it pretty much derails any plans my family might have as well… so there’s the guilt on top of the pain.

I saw the videos this a.m. on MB’s page and watched a few and love them. I like how short they are I am going to try to add them in at the end of my weight routine. These are short enough I think I could pull them up and watch while doing! I am glad you found something yummy you like.

My biggest challenge is deciding what fitness program to follow next. Once I know what I have no problems tweaking it to fit into my schedule and abilities.

I love how all the components work together. I’m avoiding all dairy for the moment, but a tasty protein powder is always a plus!

My challenge is my job! When I’m out on a trail for a few days at a time every ounce of food counts when I have to carry it on my back. Sacrificing nutrition for portability is the name of the game when you’re a backpacking guide.

This program sounds great! I would love to switch up my routine and try the supplements. I currently drink a protein shake after my workouts but have never tried a pre-workout.

  21. Kathryn @ Dancing to Running says

My biggest challenge right now is feeding myself enough calories for both myself and little man since I’m breastfeeding. Since I’m hungry all the time, its tempting to put anything and everything in my mouth. But I know that’s not a smart move and won’t nutritionally support either of us.

  22. Carmy says
