It’s that time again: With Black Friday and Cyber Monday right around the corner, it’s time to get your holiday shopping gameplan ready. Today I’m sharing some of my favorite things that your health-conscious friends and family will really love.
Kuru Shoes

Kuru shoes have been my go-to favorites for awhile now. Honestly they feel like a hug for your feet. They’re especially good for people with issues like plantar fasciitis, heel pain, bunions and more. I love LOVE the Triple Max Ion and the Atom 2 for cardio and gym workouts and the .Atom Fusion is my go-to walking shoe. They’re cushioned and supportive in all the right places, without sacrificing performance. Kuru doesn’t stop at athletic shoes. They also make cute slippers, slides and even hiking boots.
From November 22 until December 1, save 10% off the entire Kuru website and 75% off last-chance styles.

Lumen Metabolism Tracker
I’ve used my Lumen Metabolism Tracker for years now and from it, I’ve learned SO much about the lifestyle tweaks I needed to make to feel my best. It helps track your macros and workouts and makes recommendations on exactly what to eat and when to achieve metabolic flexibility resulting in fat loss and/or weight loss depending on your goals.

Cozy Zero Performance Wool
I never saw myself as a wool kind of girl when it comes to activewear. I suspected it’d be hot and/or itchy. The truth is, Cozy Zero products are none of the above. The ultra-fine Merino wool is soft, breathable and totally comfortable for workouts, hiking, running and more. It’s moisture wicking and odor-resistant properties make it a great choice for activities in a variety of climates.

Great Lakes Wellness Collagen
If you’ve read my blog for awhile, you know I’ve been a fan of collagen for many years. I start every day with a scoop of collagen in my coffee. Collagen is a protein that forms the connective tissue found all over the body. It plays a key role in maintaining healthy looking hair, skin, and nails. It can help build muscle mass and supports an active lifestyle. As we age, the body produces less collagen. leading to brittle hair, weak nails, wrinkles, joint pain and even gut issues. While collagen can be found in foods like bone broth, I find supplementing with collagen powder is an easy and convenient way to increase my collagen, protein and amino acid intake.

Dr Alot Creatine Gummies
I’ve been a huge fan of strength training for many many years and as I age, keeping muscle on my body is a priority. Creatine supports muscle growth, enhances recovery and boosts endurance. I’ve used many creatine drinks over the years but these gummies are my fave. Try them here.
What are some of your favorite gifts to give and receive this season?
I’m linking up with Darlene, Michelle, Renee, Jenn and Zenaida, for Fit Five Friday. Join us!

Collagen and creatine have been the best additions to my wellness routine!
Taking creatine in the form of gummies is smart!
I used to take glutamine in the form of pills, which worked fine.
This week, Kai came home with a huge box of glutamine in powder form. I thought it tasted neutral (like creatine or collagen). I dissolved it in water. It was GROSS!!!
But know I have no other choice than to swallow the stuff…How I wish for tasty gummies instead!
Great minds think a lot on the KURU’s 🙂
I need to check out the Cozy Zero products!
Thanks for linking up!
I have some not-so-good news for you, Marcia: I do not need any gifts this season or any other season of the year. The gifts that I give are things that I make using 3D Printers. I give those gifts all year round, not just this season, but I’m not sure if it makes sense for me to use “favorite” to describe a gift that I give someone. I’ll need to know if he/she as the receiving person is going to describe this gift as his/her “favorite”.
Of course, there is a wrinkle that you and I need to clarify. In interpersonal relationships, there will always be times when I ask the other person to do me a favor or when the other person asks me to do him/her a favor. When that happens, you’ll need to clarify with me, Marcia, whether the favor one person does for another is something you would refer to as a “gift”. So this is me musing on how you use the term “gift”, basically. But even if your answer is “yes”, the favors that I do for the other person and that the other person does for me are still things that happen all year round and have nothing to do with what season it is.
Now I, of course, do know that your intention in this blog post is to share the 6 things for anyone who may find them useful. And I do appreciate you for that. I just have no such habit of asking for gifts just because it is whichever month of the year.
Those grinch snacks are too much! I love them!
