Cultivating Resilience: How Bad Do You Want It?

May 20, 2016

We know by now that running…and most things…..are more mental than anything else. Many of us tend to be masters of standing in our own way. marciashealthyslice I'm a working mom who, as part of a mid-life challenge, decided to run a marathon for kicks. I didn't plan on it becoming a hobby, but it did. I qualified for Boston at my second marathon and finished the 6 World Marathon Majors in London in 2019. Set no small goals. You never know what you're capable of until you try!
