Weigh-In

February 13, 2013

Last week I told you how my workouts were suffering due to calorie restriction on the Fitbit Aria’s ‘kinda hard’ plan (-1.5 lbs./week). marciashealthyslice I'm a working mom who, as part of a mid-life challenge, decided to run a marathon for kicks. I didn't plan on it becoming a hobby, but it did. I qualified for Boston at my second marathon and finished the 6 World Marathon Majors in London in 2019. Set no small goals. You never know what you're capable of until you try!
